HealthPartners Members Social Media Toolkit
Fall 2023
Overview
HealthPartners’ strategy is to grow its reputation among employees of current clients (e.g. the federal government) in order to encourage them to donate during the 2023 campaign season from September to December. Members are encouraged to like and share HealthPartners posts and to create their own following the guidelines provided below. HealthPartners recognise that members need to use their communications channels for their own purposes so our intention is to provide the maximum flexibility in timing and messaging possible.
Calls to Action
This fall, members are asked to share three calls to action on their social media channels:
Audience | Call to Action | Timing |

Quebec public servants | Donate through HealthPartners as part of the Entraide Campaign | September 18 – November 3 |
Other potential hosts of workplace campaigns | Visit healthpartners.ca to learn how workplace giving can benefit your organization and Canada’s health charities | September – November |

HealthPartners’ primary social media channels, in descending order of importance, are LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. We do not plan to post on other channels (e.g. X or TikTok).
