Health Advisory Network

Using lived experience to improve healthcare in Canada.

The Health Advisory Network (HAN) is a diverse, nationwide network of people sharing their lived experiences. It is a community that raises the voice of patients and caregivers, uncovers insights, and bridges the gap between people in Canada and our shared health ecosystem.

When you collaborate with HealthPartners, you don’t just support this work. You become part of it.

HAN Community

Whether you’re living with a chronic health condition like 54% of workers across Canada or acting as a caretaker, anyone with lived experience can join the Health Advisory Network – a community where real voices are driving real impact.

HAN Insights

An opportunity for workplaces to access the HAN community through surveys or questions, while people with lived experience are paid to share their experiences. We can also tailor customized surveys by request to surface the clarity and insights needed to shape what matters most.

HAN Impact

When HAN members share their lived experience, they help shape publicly available reports. These reports are transforming how healthcare challenges within workplaces, public policy, healthcare institutions, and the broader ecosystem are understood across Canada.

How your workplace supports the HAN.
And how the HAN supports your workplace.

Hosting a workplace giving campaign makes you a Certified Health Partner. This designation powers the Health Advisory Network while giving you access to the HAN community through commissioned surveys and publicly available reports drawn from lived experience.
