Bev graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce from the School of Hotel and Food Administration, and has earned a Certificate in Leadership from the Harvard Business School, Executive Education Program. Bev has over 25 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector with a focus on resource development, strategic planning and member engagement.
Her work includes local, national and international experience with not-for-profit organizations such as United Way, Oxfam Canada and Parkinson Society Canada. Bev has worked with Parkinson Society Canada since 2006 in various roles and is currently the Vice President, Integration and Shared Services. Bev has also
served on the HealthPartners board since 2006 and has held various officer positions including Treasurer and Chair of the Board.
Taking direction from her values, Bev has found meaning and fulfillment in working to address issues of social justice and health in the ever changing and growing landscape of the charitable sector.
